The Tulsa Senior Lifestyle Group, is a full-service provider, providing end-to-end contiguous service with a strong focus on assisting seniors who are making lifestyle changes, usually from their long-term home to a senior community. The Group has a great deal of working knowledge of the numerous Senior Communities throughout the metroplex along with what services they provide.  Additionally, the group has extensive local real estate knowledge with award-winning experience.

 

Our goal, through our in-depth consultation service, is to help clients navigate their way through the arduous process of a lifestyle transition. Our services will help ensure your vision becomes reality through a seamless process.  We will help build awareness and understanding of changes that are ahead, provide guidance and information to ensure goals and schedules are achieved.

This is a collaborative effort with the Client, their family, and the Senior Community. 

 

 

Our General Consultation Services

• Understanding the requirements, (Independent Living, Assisted Living, etc.)
• Assess senior communities that fit functionally, culturally, and financially
• Assess marketing needs for your home
• Building a schedule of events (downsizing, Estate sale / auction, disposition of family heirlooms, disposal of unwanted furnishings, the move, etc.)
• Assess furnishings and needs for your new home
• Needs assessment for Veterans benefits, if any

The service we provide is an all-inclusive service. We plan the process together and build a plan. Once all the moving parts have been identified and agreed upon we secure all of the necessary resources that may include an estate sale or an auction or a complete furnishings buyout, disposal of unwanted furnishings, final clean-out, the move itself, and the final setup for the new home.
